Chris Apostal has over 16 years of real estate investment experience across acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, asset management, investment strategy, process creation, investor relations, financing/refinancing and team building.

He draws from his experience working for prominent institutional investment firms and in his most recent position as Executive VP of Acquisitions for a multifamily investment firm, he spearheaded acquisition endeavors, built a team from the ground up, and was directly responsible for nine transactions totaling $200 million in capitalization.

He holds a degree in finance with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Economics from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
