Mike brings 25+ years of multifamily operating experience across workforce, affordable, lease-up, student, military, university P3, and conventional housing platforms. He is the person owners call when performance breaks down, when growth has outpaced structure, or when a leadership team needs an embedded operator who can actually lead the fix — not just diagnose it.



Mike will be embedded across client engagements as a Fractional COO and executive stabilization resource. He will also play a foundational role in the build of The Elevated Fractional Certification Program, contributing directly to launch strategy, curriculum development, and our partnership with Fractionals on Deck as a founding member of the program. This is the right person in the right seat at exactly the right time.
