The Advisor is an individual who has a minimum of 3 years in a specialized leadership and coaching role. They are certified in their craft. They have a deep understanding of coaching visionaries and other c-suite executives and they also have mastery of Business Operating Systems. They have owned their own businesses and assisted others in scaling theirs. They help guide, determining the needs of the business and have the skills to execute through the team.
A regular meeting cadence is established and could consist of weekly 1:1's or as needed. It requires planning, coordinating and facilitating Quarterly and Annual meetings which could be virtual or in-person. This is a "whatever it takes" position in supporting the team accomplish their goals.
Common payment practice for Advisors can be retainer fee, hourly rate or subscription. Our BOS-UP Coaches have several packages to choose from, depending on level of engagement.
This is a low-engagement role, meaning, it will typically be behind the scenes with the leadership team, not directly managing staff but assisting the CEO and leadership team with vision, accountability and process improvement.
Operations that require expert insights and or guidance, would benefit highly from this type of service. Advisors are strategic, focused on team and individual development and growth. They become a highly trusted parter to the team.
